Caveo wanted to launch as a standalone insurance brand in 2025, backed by the established Velocity Financial network. While Caveo had appeared in pockets of Velocity Financial’s existing content, it had no independent social presence, no defined brand voice, and no system for building visibility in a crowded and trust-sensitive market.
The commercial objective was clear: establish Caveo as a credible, recognisable brand in the New Zealand business insurance sector. In an industry where trust is built long before a conversation happens, getting the brand seen, understood, and respected by the right audience was the commercial foundation everything else would be built on.
